Medical Department is responsible for the physical, emotional and mental well being of all assigned personnel and guests. As such, Counseling is a component of Medical Department and all counselors report to the Chief Medical Officer.
Medications:
- Merfadon – sedative
- Triptocederine – pain killer (use less than 5cc)
- Asinolyathin – pain killer for muscle spasms
- Cordrazine – potent stimulant (use less than 5cc)
- Corophyzine – prevent secondary infection (30cc)
- Cortical Analeptics – healing agent (rarely used)
- Cortolin – used to treat wounds from compressor beam weapon (tetryon particles)
- Delactovine – used to stabilize patients undergoing shock or seizures (2 cc)
- Dexalin – used for treatment of oxygen deprivation/life support failure
- Dylamadon – sedative which can be used to simulate death
- Glucojen – injectable glucose
- Hyperzine – stimulant for seizures (20 cc +)
- Hyronalin – standard treatment for radiation exposure. Can be pumped into ship’s atmosphere.
- Hytritium – only known substance capable of neutralizing tricyanate (poison)
- Inoprovalene – stimulant commonly used. (dose one – 20cc , dose two – 40cc, dose three – 75cc)
- Chlormydride – stimulant used after Inoprovalene (15 cc to 60cc – often combined with cortical stimulator)
- Inpredrezine – treatment for cranial trauma (typical dose 2cc)
- Kelotane – used for burn victims (3cc)
- Mirazine – reduces decompression time (40 milligrams)
- Morathial – used to treat neural metaphasic shock when blood pressure is too low for standard treatment of Leporazine
- Leporazine – standard treatment for neural metaphasic shock (see Morathial)
- Morphenolog – pain killer (2cc)
- Neo-dextraline solution – used to treat dehydration
- Netinaline – Stimulant (2cc)
- Norep – last resort used to save a deteriorating synaptic system (2cc)
- Somaptic drugs – used to induce REM sleep in most humaniods
- Trianoline – first drug used for injured limbs – purpose unknown (0.40 cc)
- Tropolisine – natural psychotropic compound – can cause delusions
- Vasokin– experimental drug used to increase blood flow – can cause irreparable damage to organs (including the brain) in 22% of cases
- Vertizine – used for dimensional transfer
